Rifamycin antibiotics may cause your liver to metabolize the hormones in Vagifem too quickly, possibly leading to low levels of Vagifem in the body. Because Vagifem acts directly on the vaginal tissues, this interaction is probably not significant.
 
Some Seizure Medications
