Prempro Drug Interactions

To avoid possible drug interactions, with Prempro, talk to your healthcare provider about any other medications you are taking before starting treatment. Drug interactions may occur if Prempro is combined with medications such as barbiturates, some seizure medications, and thyroid medications. Some of these Prempro drug interactions can affect the way your body metabolizes these medicines, possibly increasing your risk of side effects.
