Perimenapause

Were you looking for information about Perimenopause? Perimenapause is a common misspelling of perimenopause.

The period of time leading up to menopause is called perimenopause. During this time, your body starts making less estrogen and progesterone, and you begin to lose the ability to become pregnant. A woman may experience hot flashes, night sweats, or changes in her menstrual period. It is impossible to tell in advance how long perimenopause will last; it lasts for many years for some women and just a few months for others.
