Menpause

Were you looking for information about Menopause? Menpause is a common misspelling of menopause.

Menopause does not usually occur before you are 40 years old, but can happen any time from your 30s to your mid-50s or later. It is a normal change in your life in which your menstrual periods stop. Your body produces less estrogen and progesterone (hormones made in the ovaries), often causing night sweats and hot flashes. If you want to treat these menopause symptoms, your healthcare provider can tell you more about your options and help you make the best treatment choices.
