Menopause Relief From Memory Problems

Some women experience memory problems as they go through menopause. If this is true in your case, ask your doctor about mental exercises you can do to improve your memory. It's also important to get enough sleep and be physically active.

Menopause Relief From Mood Swings

If you experience mood swings, try to get enough sleep and try to get some physical activity on most days. You can ask your doctor about relaxation exercises you can do to help you deal with mood swings. If your mood swings are moderate to severe, your doctor might prescribe an antidepressant medicine. There is proof that these can be helpful. You might also want to think about going to a support group for women who are going through similar experiences. It may be helpful to talk through your problems and fears with a professional counselor.
