Menopasal

Were you looking for information about Menopause? Menopasal is a common misspelling of menopause.

Menopause is the transitional period when a woman menstruates less frequently before she stops having her period altogether. During this time, the body makes less progesterone and estrogen (female hormones). These changes often lead to bothersome symptoms such as night sweats and hot flashes. A woman has not reached menopause until she has had an absent period for 12 months in a row and there are no other causes for this change.
