Menapause

Were you looking for information about Menopause? Menapause is a common misspelling of menopause.

Menopause is a time in a woman's life in which her body makes less estrogen and progesterone hormones and her period stops. As you near this change, you may experience night sweats and hot flashes. Menopause doesn't usually happen before you are 40 years old, but it can happen any time from your 30s to your mid-50s or later. Smoking and some types of surgery can lead to early menopause.
