Femring Drug Information
Available by prescription only, Femring® (estradiol vaginal ring) is a type of hormone replacement therapy used to treat hot flashes, night sweats, and other menopausal symptoms. It comes in the form of a small, flexible ring that is inserted into the vagina, where it slowly releases estradiol (the main estrogen produced by the ovaries before menopause) for 90 days.
