Before starting hormone replacement therapy with Estratest, warnings and precautions for the drug should be discussed with your healthcare provider. You should know that Estratest could interact with certain medications, cause virilization, and increase the risk of strokes or blood clots. Warnings and precautions with Estratest also apply to women who are pregnant, have decreased liver function, or have a history of breast cancer.
