Were you looking for information about Estratest? Estra test is a common misspelling of Estratest.
Estratest® (esterified estrogens/methyltestosterone) is a combination drug used for treating moderate to severe night sweats or hot flashes in women who have not responded to estrogen treatment alone. It contains estrogen and methyltestosterone, a form of testosterone. Estratest, which is available by prescription only, comes in tablet form and is generally taken once a day. Since there is insufficient evidence to suggest that adding a testosterone to estrogen provides any additional benefit for treating menopause symptoms, Estratest has not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
