As with any medicine, side effects are possible with Covaryx. However, not everyone who uses the medication will experience side effects. In fact, most women tolerate it well. - Deepening of the voice
- Unwanted body and facial hair growth
- Male pattern baldness
- Acne
- Abdominal pain (stomach pain)
- Breast pain
- Irregular or absent vaginal bleeding or spotting
- Nausea.
