Black cohosh may increase the level of risperidone in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects of risperidone. Check with your healthcare provider before taking risperidone with black cohosh.
 
Tramadol (Ultram, Ultracet)
It is thought that black cohosh may slow the breakdown of tramadol in your body, perhaps increasing your risk of tramadol side effects. It may be a good idea to avoid taking tramadol and black cohosh together.
